After the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper on the degradation situation at Thanh Xuan Bac collective housing area, Hanoi Department of Construction issued document No. 12122/SXD-PTĐT responding to the content of the article "Thanh Xuan Bac collective housing area is full of'tiger cages', many items are damaged" published in Lao Dong Newspaper on May 7, 2026.
According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, Thanh Xuan Bac collective housing area (Thanh Xuan ward, Hanoi) is one of 6 highly feasible apartment buildings with priority implementation that has been included by the Hanoi City People's Committee in the Project to renovate and rebuild old apartment buildings in the City and the Project implementation plans. Lao Cai adds a new channel to solve housing needs for workers
On June 12, Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee informed that the province has just issued Decision No. 2028 assigning the Development Investment Fund to implement the goals and functions of the Provincial Housing Fund according to the provisions of Decree No. 302 of the Government on the National Housing Fund and measures to implement Resolution No. 201 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development.
According to the decision, the Lao Cai Provincial Development Investment Fund will become the focal unit to implement tasks related to the development, management and operation of the housing fund in the area. Lam Dong considers investing in 2 housing projects worth over 730 billion VND
On June 12, the Department of Finance of Lam Dong province said that it had reported to provincial leaders on the investment policy approval dossier for the modern commercial housing project in Xuan Truong ward and the housing infrastructure construction project in Dan Thuan - Dan Cuong village, Ham Thanh commune.
In which, the project to build housing infrastructure in Dan Thuan - Dan Cuong village has a scale of nearly 13ha, with a total investment of about 140 billion VND, and an estimated population of about 2,800 people.
According to the proposal, the project will invest synchronously in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, forming a residential area including 633 adjacent houses, 34 villas and green buildings, regulating lakes, kindergartens, community living areas and commercial services.
For the modern commercial housing project in Xuan Truong ward, the project has an area of about 20,500m2, with a total estimated investment of about 593 billion VND. The project is oriented to invest synchronously in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure to meet housing needs, effectively exploit land funds and promote urban development in the eastern Da Lat area.
Golden land plot" in Hanoi won auction for 1,379 billion VND, far exceeding the starting price
On June 12, leaders of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment confirmed that the Hanoi People's Committee has issued a decision approving the auction results for the right to use 3,366m2 of land to implement the 5-star hotel construction investment project at No. 18 Cao Ba Quat street (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi).
According to the approved decision, the enterprise won the auction of this "golden land" plot with the amount of 1,379 billion VND, more than double the starting price of more than 679 billion VND.
