Many localities in Hanoi urgently review and update land data

Hanoi - Many communes are entering the final stage of reviewing and updating land data, striving to complete according to the city's schedule requirements.

According to a report by the People's Committee of Quoc Oai commune (Hanoi), as of September 10, 2026, the whole commune has 21,448 land plots, excluding public land.

In which, there have been scanned records for 18,375 plots, verified users for 19,055 plots and spatial data links for 9,226 plots. The rate of clean land data on the database currently reaches 74%.

Notably, from the beginning of the campaign to September 10, Quoc Oai commune reviewed and transferred the Land Registration Office to update 31,479 land plots. In which, the Commune People's Committee signed land registration applications and reported the inspection results for 2,877 land plots used for public purposes; Task Forces in villages have collected and updated on account 28,602 land plots, including 18,611 agricultural land plots and 9,991 non-agricultural land plots.

With a large volume of data and high accuracy requirements, Quoc Oai commune continues to direct working groups to urgently complete the remaining tasks, strengthen coordination with specialized agencies to promptly remove difficulties, ensure progress associated with data quality, thereby contributing to building a synchronous and modern land data platform, better serving management and people in the area.

In Xuan Mai commune, as of September 8, the system software recorded a total of 51,172 land plots on the map of Xuan Mai commune; of which 38,233 plots have built databases, and 12,939 plots have not built databases, the rate of land plots that have built databases reached 74.7%.

The total results of information collection on land plots in the area as of September 8th are 32,535 plots, accounting for 69%; the number of plots to continue to be collected is 14,560 plots, accounting for 31%. The number of plots meeting the criteria "right - sufficient - clean - live" is 20,663 plots, reaching a rate of 40.4%.

Chairman of Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Anh Duc requested the Economic Department to strictly grasp the direction of the city, focus on drastic implementation, and strive to complete the collection of land plot data by September 15, contributing to building a land database to ensure "correct - sufficient - clean - living".

In Phu Nghia commune, according to data on the City's monitoring system, the whole commune has 54,320 land plots on the map, of which the land users have been identified for 40,374 plots, reaching 74.3%; the locality has collected 28,266 plots, reaching 58%. The number of data the system requests to continue collecting is 21,045 plots, accounting for 42%, of which 1,454 duplicate plots have been identified.

For non-agricultural land, the number of cleared plots, ensuring "clean, live" data, and synchronous, reached 13,355 plots.

Agricultural land has been recorded by the system with 8,010 plots, reaching 17.2%.

Leaders of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requested specialized departments under the Commune People's Committee and the Commune Police force to strengthen coordination to accelerate the review and clean up of land data, striving to complete according to the city's requirements.
