According to Lao Dong reporter, the social housing project at land plot B4-1, B4-2 in Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area (Ecohome Hoa Hiep project) has just started construction at the end of August 2025, expected to be completed in August 2029, which is information that many investors and people are interested in.
The Ecohome Hoa Hiep project has a total investment of nearly VND 2,125 billion, located on an area of about 4.2 hectares, including 3 buildings, with a scale of 1,476 social housing apartments at reasonable selling prices to facilitate workers in Da Nang City to access.
In order to supplement supply, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has recently signed a decision approving the investment policy for a social housing project in the land of Hoa Minh apartment complex.
The scale of the project is deployed on a total land area of about 7,770m2, the total construction floor area is about 81,324m2, including 20 upper floors and 2 basements. The project has a number of houses with about 933 apartments, with a total estimated investment capital of more than 1,317 billion VND.
Previously, in May 2025, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision approving the results of selecting investors for social housing projects at apartment land No. 3 in Area B - Residential Area South of Cam Le Bridge.
According to the decision, the consortium of 5 enterprises, namely Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company, Construction Joint Stock Company 525 (CIENCO 525), Nam Thinh Refrigeration and Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Nhu Anh Ventures Company Limited and ASIA Construction Design Company Limited (abbreviated as Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company - 525 - NTMER - Nhu Anh - ASIA) won the project bid.
This social housing project in apartment land No. 3 has a construction area of about 9,753m2, a total floor area of over 86,000m2 with a scale of about 719 apartments, expected to accommodate about 1,800 people. The total estimated investment is up to nearly 1,016 billion VND.
According to the plan, the investor will implement the project within 946 days (about 2.6 years) from the time of official land allocation or land lease.
Referring to this content, Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam - Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City - informed that the city is in a period of strong development, with a rapid urbanization rate, the housing demand of workers, laborers and low-income people is increasingly large.
According to the Government's assigned targets, in the period of 2025 - 2030, Da Nang City after the merger needs to complete nearly 29,000 social housing apartments - this is a huge task but also very humane, demonstrating the concern of the Party, State and city government for people's lives.
