People are taking the opportunity to clean their houses but are still worried about the forecast that a new flood could appear tonight.

Recorded in the area of Tran Huu Duyet Street, 23/10 Street and many places along Cai Nha Trang River, mud and dirt were everywhere after the water receded.
Many households urgently moved and sprayed water to stabilize their lives.
While busy cleaning up mud in front of his house, Mr. Tran Van Hieu (62 years old, living in Tay Nha Trang ward) said that his furniture was damaged by the floodwaters rising too quickly.
However, after cleaning up, Mr. Hieu was also worried that the floodwaters would rise again, leaving people unable to react tonight.


Sharing the same concern, Ms. Tran Thi Hien (62 years old, living in the same ward) said that when the water receded, she left a 4 - 5cm thick layer of mud in her house.
As soon as the flood receded, Ms. Hien's relatives came to help clean up all night and today.


In some low-lying areas, the water is still about 0.5m deep, many people have to wade through the water to get to work.
Functional forces have also been mobilized to some schools to support teachers in cleaning classrooms, preparing to welcome students back tomorrow.
According to the Khanh Hoa Hydrometeorological Station, during the day and night of November 18, the province will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, with some places experiencing very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The flood warning unit on rivers is likely to rise again tonight and tomorrow morning, however, the flood peak is expected to be below alert level 2.
