Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen has signed a Decision on the completion of the Steering Committee on housing policies and the city's real estate market.
According to this Decision, the Head of the Committee is Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Member of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Real Estate Market, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City.
The Deputy Head of the Department is Mr. Mai Van Tan, Director of the Department of Construction.

The Standing Committee members include Mr. Ngo Thai Chan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Dinh Hoang Muon, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Tran Khanh Trinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Vo Cong Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Tran Minh Kiet, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Invitation to attend Members include Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, Chairwoman of the City Labor Federation; Mr. Tran Quoc Ha, Acting Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch 14. In addition, Mr. Lang Chanh Hue Thao, Director of Can Tho City Social Policy Bank Branch was invited.
The Steering Committee on Housing Policy and Real Estate Market is responsible for reporting to the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee to direct and urge the implementation of the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law and policies on housing development and management, real estate market in the city.
The Steering Committee is also responsible for researching and promptly implementing the Central's policies and guidelines on housing and real estate market; directly directing agencies, units and localities to closely coordinate in organizing the implementation of policies on housing and real estate market and resolving problems arising during the implementation process; promptly reporting to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for consideration and orientation to resolve issues beyond their authority.
