Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of the right to use 37 residential land plots in the land use right auction area of Tang Long village, Viet Long commune, former Soc Son district (now Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of 37 land plots is 3,141.6 m2, with a starting price of 11,175,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. The price step applied in round 1 is 9 million VND/m2, round 2 is 500,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use, allocated land by the State with land use fees through land use right auctions.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on July 16 to 5:00 PM on July 29, 2026. Participants can submit applications directly at the Da Phuc Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Yen Tang village, Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city) or Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on August 1, 2026 at the Hall of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee (Duc Hau village, Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city).
Next, on August 8, 2026, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National will organize an auction of land use rights for 20 land plots in the land auction area for land use rights along the dyke of Kim Ha village, Kim Lu commune, former Soc Son district (now Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of the auctioned land is 2,026 m2, of which the area of each plot ranges from 86.2 m2 to 172.2 m2. The starting price for each land plot is 19,173,690 VND/m2.
The selling and receiving time for auction participation dossiers is from 8:00 AM on July 17 to 5:00 PM on August 5, 2026 at the Da Phuc Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction will be held at 8:30 am on August 8, 2026 at the Hall of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee.
