On November 18, according to PV's investigation, Dong A Joint Stock Auction Company announced the organization of the second auction of the right to use 25 plots of land in Hong Phong village, Lac Thuy commune, Phu Tho province.
The plots of land are owned by the People's Committee of Lac Thuy commune and are being auctioned through the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center of Lac Thuy area.
The total land fund area is 4,185.6 m2, including 25 plots of rural land, located adjacent to Provincial Road 438, residential areas and agricultural land.
The starting price ranges from 4 to 6.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to 446 million to more than 1.4 billion VND per plot; the total starting price for all plots is 23,635 billion VND.
The auction registration fee must be paid in advance at 20% of the starting price of the registered land plot. The auction was conducted in the form of indirect voting and open public documents, applying the method of bidding up with the price step of 10 million VND/plot.
The documents were sold and received from November 18 to December 2 at the headquarters of Dong A Joint Stock Auction Company in Hanoi and Lac Thuy Land Fund Development Branch.
The time to pay the deposit coincides with the time to sell the documents; the time to view the land is from November 26 to 28. The price announcement and voucher opening took place at 8:30 a.m. on December 5 at the Lac Thuy Commune Cultural House.
The auction participation documents include registration, bidding documents, copies of citizen identification cards, residence information, documents for purchasing documents and paying a deposit; in case of authorization, there must be supporting documents.
Detailed information and maps of the land plot are published on the National Property Auction Portal, the purchased documents will not be refunded.
