On the morning of June 25, 2026, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van chaired a conference to listen to the Department of Construction and related departments and branches report and propose implementation of Official Dispatch No. 19/CD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction on promoting the development of rental housing in 2026 and the period 2026 - 2030 in the area. Along with that, listen to the draft directing document of the Provincial People's Committee on the content of striving to "start construction of at least 1 rental housing project" and "start construction of at least 1 project with budget capital" right in June 2026.
After listening to the comments, the Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the drafts presented by the Department of Construction and related departments and agencies.
At the same time, requesting functional agencies to continue to study and advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate appropriate budget sources to invest in public housing development; at the same time, prioritize allocating clean land funds for rental housing and public housing projects in the area.
According to the Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, for rental housing and public housing projects, priority should be given to applying the "green channel" mechanism in resolving administrative procedures to deploy in the earliest time, meeting the housing needs of officials, civil servants, public employees and beneficiaries according to regulations.
Leaders of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and agencies to urgently complete draft legal documents on rental housing and public housing to submit to the Provincial People's Committee and functional agencies for consideration and decision according to their authority.
