On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Yem - Vice Chairman of Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee, Chairman of Dong Hoa Ward Compensation and Site Clearance Council - chaired a dialogue with Ms. H.T.T.H and Mr. H.V.X. The program aims to mobilize the handover of land for the Cai Cau Canal project under the Di An drainage system project and Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park.
In the Rach Cai Cau project, Ms. H has 211.4 m2 of urban land recovered with a total compensation value of more than 3.36 billion VND.
For Mr. H.V.X, 100.3 m2 of agricultural land was recovered, with a compensation value of more than 752 million VND. Currently, both families have not agreed to receive the money and have proposed adjusting the compensation price.
Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Hoa Ward also had a meeting and mobilized Mr. V.M.T.T to have land for the Northeast Ring Road 2 project.
In Mr. V.M.T.T's case, 71.7 m2 of land belonging to the project was reclaimed. Mr. T received compensation and support for land and assets attached to the land for a total of more than 1.5 billion VND. Currently, Mr. T has not agreed to hand over the site because he continues to request compensation for the current area of 14.7 m2 which is a drainage culvert.
The Ward People's Committee also had a working session with Ms. Q.K.H who has a land area of 77.1 m2 (not yet granted a land use right certificate) in the area of the Axis Road 33 project in the Northeast Binh An area and the My Phuoc - Tan Van extended road project.
Ms. H's family is considered for the transfer of a resettlement plot of 64.6 m2, with the land use fee to be paid 1.67 billion VND. However, the family was unable to pay. Therefore, Ms. H suggested that the Ward People's Committee consider resolving the issue so that the family can have a place to live and stabilize their lives.
At the dialogues, Mr. Nguyen Van Yem acknowledged the opinions of households. At the same time, we hope that households will share and agree with local authorities to soon hand over the site for project construction, contributing to speeding up the implementation of key projects in technical infrastructure, improving the environment and improving the quality of life of people in Dong Hoa ward.
