The two projects include Quang Phu Luxury Resort and Diamond Hotel and Villa Resort. Both projects are located in Quang Phu commune (Dong Hoi city).
The Quang Phu Luxury Resort project will be selected for investors by auctioning land use rights according to legal regulations.
The project has a total investment of 100 billion VND, with an area of 4,380m2, aiming to build a 4-star resort to serve domestic and foreign tourists.
The project will include about 100 rooms, a 3-storey hotel area, a swimming pool, a playground, a tennis court, technical infrastructure systems and other utilities.
Along with that, the Diamond Hotel and Resort villa project was also selected as an investor through the auction of land use rights. The project has a total investment of 68 billion VND, an area of 0.33ha, including a 3-storey hotel complex with 50 rooms, 6 villas, swimming pool and a synchronous technical infrastructure system. The maximum construction density is 60%, the height of the project is not more than 3 floors.
According to the plan, the auction of land use rights and the selection of investors must be completed within 12 months from the date of the decision approving the investment policy. The project will be completed and put into use within 36 months after completing the investor selection procedures, including the investment preparation, construction and construction stages.
The investor who wins the auction of land use rights will have to make a deposit to ensure the project is implemented within 6 months. If it does not meet these financial obligations, the project will be terminated according to the provisions of the Investment Law 2020.
The People's Committee of Quang Binh province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the Land Fund Development Center to conduct the auction in accordance with regulations. At the same time, only carry out land allocation and land lease procedures when the investor fully meets the conditions under the 2024 Land Law and the approved investment policy.
