Regulating the level of expenditure and the time to enjoy support to serve the election of National Assembly deputies of the XVI term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term in the province.
The session will also discuss the regulations on the price of medical examination and treatment services that are not required medical examination and treatment services in state-managed medical examination and treatment facilities under Quang Ngai province.
Discussing the Project to merge the Kon Tum Provincial Farmers' Support Fund into the Quang Ngai Provincial Farmers' Support Fund, consolidate the organization and operation of the Quang Ngai Provincial Farmers' Support Fund.
The session will also consider and approve Regulations on criteria for establishing Security and Order Protection Teams; criteria for the number of members of Security and Order Protection Teams; levels of support, training, allowances and other levels of expenditure to ensure operating conditions for forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level in Quang Ngai province.
Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Tuy emphasized that at this meeting, the People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision 8 contents/8 draft resolutions. Among them, there are resolutions stipulating specific criteria for determining locations for each type of land, the number of land locations in the land price list; deciding on the first land price list in Quang Ngai province.
This content is urgent, because according to the provisions of the Land Law, the current land price list is in effect until December 31, 2025; from January 1, 2026, a new land price list will be applied.
