The Apartment Project (cheap housing) at plot TT1 in Cao Xanh - Ha Khanh A Urban Area, Cao Xanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province has a total area of 3.577.79 m2, of which the apartment complex area is 3,491 m2.
The project consists of a 25-storey building + a technical staircase, with 570 apartments for about 891 people.

This Resolution takes effect from April 1, 2025 and will last for 5 years, aiming to remove legal obstacles and promote housing supply.
