The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just sent an Official Letter to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on assessing the implementation of the Land Law and developing a Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law.
Accordingly, the Government Office issued Official Letter No. 3801/VPCP-NN conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law and Decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law in accordance with the model of local government at 2 levels.
In order to have a basis to propose amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Land Law submitted to the National Assembly at the 10th session of the XV National Assembly, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment proposed the People's Committees of provinces and cities to evaluate the implementation of the Land Law and documents detailing the implementation of the Law.
The Ministry recommends that localities evaluate according to the contents of State management of land, including evaluating 3 key contents.
