According to information from the People's Committee of Kien An district, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong, Mr. Nguyen Van Xuyen and Mr. Vu Ba Quy in Le Quoc Uy residential group, Bac Son ward are 3 individuals who encroached on land belonging to the land use rights auction project in Bac Son ward (Hoang Quoc Viet project).
On June 26, 2024, the District People's Committee issued Decisions No. 1120, 1121, 1122/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction 3 men: Nguyen Van Thuong, Nguyen Van Xuyen and Vu Ba Quy in Le Quoc Uy residential group, Bac Son ward for the act of encroaching and occupying land of the land use rights auction project in Bac Son ward (Hoang Quoc Viet project). The District People's Committee requested the above 3 individuals to restore the original state of the land before the violation, return the encroached and occupied land; return the illegal profits gained from the violation and pay a fine of 30 million VND each. However, all 3 men have not yet complied with this penalty decision.
On July 31, 2024, the District People's Committee issued Decisions No. 1536, 1537, 1538/QD-CCXP to enforce the decision to impose administrative sanctions on 3 men: Nguyen Van Thuong, Nguyen Van Xuyen and Vu Ba Quy.
On the afternoon of September 20, the propaganda and mobilization team to implement the decision of the District People's Committee came to the houses of the 3 men to meet, explain and mobilize them to comply with the decision to sanction administrative violations of the District People's Committee. However, all 3 cases were absent. The propaganda and mobilization team sent the notice of the District People's Committee about the enforcement organization to the houses.
As planned, on September 26, the District People's Committee will organize the enforcement of the decision to impose administrative sanctions on the above cases.
