Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National, Thanh Hoa Branch has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction including 15 lots in projects in Hoang Giang commune, Thanh Hoa province, with a total area of 2,315.9m2.
Accordingly, the auctioned land includes 6 plots of land belonging to the technical infrastructure of the rural residential area in Nga Phu 2 village, Hoang Xuan commune (field with planning No. 24/MBQH-UBND dated April 19, 2021), now Nga Phu 2 village, Hoang Giang commune, with a total area of 882.7m2, including plots A4, A24, B8, B11, B15 and B17. In addition, 3 plots of land belonging to the residential land subdivision site in Duc Tien village, Hoang Hop commune, old Hoang Hoa district (field with planning No. 28/MBQH-UBND dated April 19, 2021), now Duc Tien village, Hoang Giang commune, with a total area of 457.7m2.
In addition, 5 plots of land belonging to the Dong Bai subdivision site, Trung Tien village, Hoang Quy commune, old Hoang Hoa district (land with planning No. 06/MBQH-UBND dated February 23, 2021), now Trung Tien village, Hoang Giang commune, with a total area of 795.5m2. The remaining 1 plot of land belonging to the technical infrastructure of the rural residential area in Hop Dong village, Hoang Giang commune, old Hoang Hoa district (field with planning No. 03b/MBQH-UBND dated April 13, 2020) has an area of 180m2.
The starting price ranges from 2.4 - 7.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 400 million VND to more than 1.3 billion VND/plot of land. The fee for purchasing documents is from 100,000 - 200,000 VND/ dossier (including value added tax, the purchased documents cannot be exchanged or returned). The deposit ranges from VND 80,889,000 to VND 265,980,000/project/plot of land.
The auction is conducted in a round, in the form of direct secret ballot at the auction. The auction method is to bid up.
In case two or more people pay the highest price at the same price and someone requests to continue bidding, the auctioneer will organize a further auction between these people with a price step equal to 1% of the highest price of the previous round.
The time and place for reference, purchase and submission of documents are during office hours, from 7:30 a.m. on October 31, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on November 13, 2025 at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hoang Giang commune, Thanh Hoa province, and until 4:30 p.m. on November 14, 2025 at the No. 5 - National Joint Stock Auction Company, Thanh Hoa Branch.
The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on November 19, 2025 (Wednesday) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Hoang Giang commune, Thanh Hoa province.
