Dong A Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for people to build houses for 24 plots of land in Tan Minh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total auction area is 4,301.6m2, with land lots ranging from 85m2 to 218m2. The starting price is from 2.5 million VND/m2 to 11 million VND/m2. The price step applied to all lots is 10,000 VND/m2.
Regarding technical infrastructure, the plots of land interspersed in residential areas are clean land; the plots of land in the Yen Nghia catchment area have been completely built with infrastructure. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land with land use fees, long-term use term.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction for each plot of land, the method of bidding up and only applying one round of auction for all lots.
The time for selling and receiving documents to participate in the auction takes place from 8:00 a.m. on October 30, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025 (during office hours, excluding holidays and public holidays) at three locations: Dong A Joint Stock Auction Company; Ninh Binh Branch of the company and People's Committee of Tan Minh commune (Ngoc Che village, Tan Minh commune, Ninh Binh province).
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on November 15, 2025 (Saturday) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune (Ngoc Che village, Tan Minh commune, Ninh Binh province). Auction participants need to bring a citizen identification card or a valid authorization letter (if any) to complete the procedures to enter the auction room.
