Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights to allocate land with land use fees for 18 land plots, with a total area of 3,345m2 in Roc Lang area, Thuong 2 Phung Xa village, Hong Son commune, Hanoi City (phase 1).
Land plots with areas from 156 - 284.5m2. The starting price includes two levels: 4,255,000 VND/m2 and 5,270,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct secret ballot through 2 rounds, at least 1 mandatory round, according to the up-pricing method.
For people who buy dossiers to participate in the auction with a fee of 100,000 VND/dossier/land plot, they are only allowed to register to participate in the auction of land plots with the same fee. In case the Registration Form is incorrectly recorded, the dossier will be considered invalid and not eligible to participate in the auction.
Similarly, for people who buy dossiers with a fee of 200,000 VND/dossier/land plot, they are only allowed to register to participate in the auction of land plots with the same fee level. If the Registration Form is incorrectly recorded, the dossier will also be determined to be invalid and not eligible to participate in the auction.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on April 10, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 22, 2026 (during office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Applications are issued and received at the Hong Son Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
Note, in case auction participants register multiple land plots and pay the deposit together, they must ensure to pay the total amount according to regulations. If they pay insufficiently, all registered land plots will not be eligible to participate in the auction. Insufficient deposits are determined to be invalid.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 28, 2026 at the Hall of the People's Council - People's Committee of Hong Son commune (No. 113 Cong Ha street, Ha So village, Hong Son commune, Hanoi City).
