On October 27, according to PV's investigation, LTA Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 23 plots of land in villas in Cam Duong ward, Lao Cai province.
According to the auction documents, the plots of land are located along both sides of D1 road (O Vu Nguyen Giap), from Km0+750 to Km9+353, with a total area of 7,927.1 m2. All of it is urban residential land (ODT), used for a long time.
The starting price is determined to be 15.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to 4.7 - 7.3 billion VND for each plot. The highest price lot is plot No. 197, with an area of 471.8 m2, starting price of VND7.312 billion.
Auction participants must meet the conditions according to the 2024 Land Law and the Property Auction Law.
The auction documents are sold from October 24 to November 11, priced at 200,000 - 300,000 VND/set. The deposit ranges from 953 million to 1.462 billion VND depending on the plot. The registration documents must be sent by post before 5:00 p.m. on November 11.
The auction took place at 8:00 a.m. on November 14 at the hall of the Cultural House of the People's Committee of the old Nam Cuong Ward (Coc Sa Street, Cam Duong Ward), in the form of indirect voting, the method of bidding up. Participants can see the land plots on site from November 3-5.
According to the regulations, the auction winner must pay 50% of the land use fee within 10 days and the remainder within 20 days from receiving the notice from the tax authority.
The deposit will not be refunded if the participant violates the regulations or refuses the auction results.
The auction is expected to attract the attention of investors, organizations and individuals who want to own land in villas in areas with synchronous infrastructure and convenient connecting locations in the center of Lao Cai province.
