Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 33 plots of land for housing in the new rural residential area of Trieu Viet Vuong commune (formerly Tan Dan commune), Hung Yen province.
The total area of the plots of land is 2,808.72m2, each plot has an area of 68.42m2 to 120m2. The starting price ranges from 17 million to 30 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.2 billion VND to more than 3 billion VND/plot. The plots of land are auctioned individually in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, the method of bidding up.
The common price step is 200,000 VND/m2. The auction fee for the documents participating in the auction is 200,000 VND/ dossier/land plot.
The deposit ranges from 255 million VND to 608 million VND/plot. Participants must pay a deposit for each separate plot; in case of registering many plots and paying a sum of money, they must pay the full amount for the entire registered plot of land, otherwise it will be considered invalid and not eligible to participate.
The auction documents will be sold from 8:00 a.m. on September 19, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025 at the Trieu Viet Vuong Commune Public Administration Service Center. The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 9, 2025 (Thursday) at the Hall of the Cultural House of Trieu Viet Vuong commune, Hung Yen province.
