Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction residential land use rights for 26 plots of land with a total area of 2,490.4m2 in pond 1, Xa Cau village, Quang Phu Cau commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city on April 10.
The plots of land have an area of 83.4 - 122.1m2, the starting price for the plots ranges from 9.9 - 12.4 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction with a minimum of 1 round and a maximum of 2 rounds according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 24 to 5:00 p.m. on April 4. The auction will take place at 2:00 p.m. on April 10 at the Ung Hoa District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Then, on April 11, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with the Ung Hoa District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 25 plots of land (from plot LK-01-01 to plot LK-03-01) with a total area of 2,616.3m2 in the new residential land in Yen Truong village, Truong Thinh commune, Ung Hoa district.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction with a minimum of 1 round and a maximum of 2 rounds according to the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 11 at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Ung Hoa district.
