Nam Bac Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 74 plots of residential land for people to build houses in the concentrated residential area of Giao Thanh commune, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province (now Giao Minh commune, Ninh Binh province), round 2.
The total auctioned land area is 6,959.5m2, with lots ranging from 71.6 - 142m2. The starting price ranges from 8 - 12 million VND/m2, equivalent to 644.4 million to 1.742 billion VND/plot, the total starting price is 67.364 billion VND. The price step is regulated at 1 million VND.
In case two or more people bid at the same price and one person agrees to continue bidding, the auction participant must bid at least one higher price step.
The deposit ranges from 128.88 million to 348.48 million VND/plot. The fee for purchasing documents is from 100,000 - 200,000 VND/plot. The starting price does not include fees and charges according to regulations.
The time for selling and receiving documents to participate in the auction takes place from 8:00 a.m. on October 28, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025 (during office hours) at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Giao Minh commune, the headquarters and the auction room of Nam Bac Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 15, 2025 at the Hall of the Giao Minh Commune Party Committee (old Giao Thanh Commune People's Committee). Participants must be present 30 minutes in advance to complete the procedure.
The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting in one round, according to the method of bidding up. Participants are only allowed to auction the registered land lot, corresponding to the documents and the deposit paid. The maximum time to write the ballot is 30 minutes.
