It is expected that on May 17, OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the People's Committee of Phu Cu district to organize an auction of the right to use 44 plots of land for people to build houses in Tran Cao town, Doan Dao commune, Minh Tan, Phan Sao Nam and Dinh Cao commune, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 72 - 231m2, the starting price for each plot of land ranges from 6 - 14.4 million VND/m2. The deposit is equal to 20% of the starting price for each plot of land put up for auction. The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 29 to 5:00 p.m. on May 14. The auction will start at 8:30 a.m. on May 17 at the Phu Cu District Cultural House.
On the afternoon of May 17, an auction of the right to use 20 plots of land for people to build houses took place in Phu Ng commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 93 - 122m2; starting price from 21 - 25.2 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 29 to 5:00 p.m. on May 14. The auction started at 2:30 p.m. on May 17 at the People's Committee of Phu Dong commune.
Then, on May 18, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with the People's Committee of Phu Cu district to organize an auction of 131 land use rights for people to build houses in Nguyen Hoa commune, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 98 - 201m2; the starting price of the plots ranges from 9 - 10.8 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 180 - 435 million VND/land lot. Auction by direct voting in one round at the auction for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 29 to 5:00 p.m. on May 14. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 18 at the Phu Cu District Cultural House.
Previously, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company issued a notice to stop organizing the auction of land use rights for 60 land lots for people to build houses to create capital for new rural construction in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province (expected to be held at 8:30 a.m. on May 9 at the Kim Dong District Cultural House Hall) based on Official Dispatch No. 462/UBND-NNMT of the People's Committee of Kim Dong district.
Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will refund the purchase price of the auction documents and the deposit that the customer has paid. Customers should proactively contact the company for guidance, advice and support.
60 land lots in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province have areas ranging from 83.8 - 85m2; starting price for plots of land is from 17 - 20.4 million VND/m2.
