On February 19, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 802/QD-UBND on the allocation of 19,389m2 of land in Thuy Hoa 3 area, Ha Hoi commune, Thuong Tin district to the People's Committee of Thuong Tin district to auction land use rights.
The Hanoi People's Committee requests the Thuong Tin District People's Committee and the District Land Fund Development Center to cooperate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out land handover procedures on site according to regulations.

The Hanoi People's Committee requests the Departments: Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Planning and Investment; Hanoi Tax Department to guide the Thuong Tin District People's Committee to implement specialized management contents according to regulations.
The Hanoi Land Registration Office prepares the registration of land use rights, completes procedures for registration of changes, and adjusts land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
