Auction of 55 land lots in Tien Lu commune
Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 55 plots of land in the new rural residential area of Thuy Loi commune, Tien Lu district (old), now in Tien Lu commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the announcement, the State allocates land with land use fees collected through the form of auctioning land use rights, with a long-term term of use.
The land lots have an area of 78 - 94.5m2, starting price from 8 - 12 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 660 - 966 million VND per plot.
The total starting price of all auctioned assets reached more than 45.3 billion VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations as prescribed, with the auction winner responsible for paying.
The auction documents will be sold and received directly at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025 (during office hours).
The auction will take place on October 18, 2025 (Saturday) at the Thuy Loi Commune Cultural House, Tien Lu District, Hung Yen Province. Customers listed at 2:00 p.m., the auction started at 2:30 p.m. The auction is a direct secret ballot for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up.
Auction of 49 land plots in Viet Tien commune
According to the announcement of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company, the auction of the right to use 49 plots of land for people to build houses in Viet Tien commune, Hung Yen province will take place on October 25, 2025.
Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees collected through auction, with long-term use.
The area of each plot ranges from 73.5 - 158m2, starting price from 25 - 52.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 1.9 - 7.1 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of all auctioned assets reached more than 148.6 billion VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations as prescribed; the auction winner is responsible for implementing these costs.
The auction documents will be sold and received directly at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 22, 2025 (during office hours). The application fee is from 200,000 - 300,000 VND/application, the deposit is equal to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land.
The auction will be held at the Cultural House of Viet Tien commune, Hung Yen province, with famous customers starting at 7:00 a.m., starting at 8:30 a.m. on October 25, 2025 (Saturday). The auction is a direct secret ballot for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up.
