Information from Hanoi City Police, at 23:02 on April 12, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center (TTTTCH) received a report of a house fire at No. 47, alley 131 Hong Ha, Hong Ha ward (Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the news, TTTTCH urgently dispatched 5 fire trucks, 1 command vehicle and more than 30 officers and soldiers of Rescue and Relief Teams in areas No. 7, 8, 14 and Rescue and Relief Teams on the River, along with ward police forces, forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and civil defense forces to the scene to urgently deploy firefighting and rescue.
At the scene, the house where the fire occurred has a scale of 6 floors, the fire accompanied by flames and toxic smoke is developing strongly on the 1st floor and tending to spread to the upper floors.
Through grasping the situation, 2 people escaped on their own, and 5 people were trapped inside the house. The Fire and Rescue Police force urgently deployed specialized equipment to approach the floors of the house to search and rescue the victims.




After a period of efforts to organize firefighting and rescue, by 11:25 pm on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring houses, and saving 5 people safely (including 1 elderly person and 1 young child born in 2025) and handing them over to medical forces for health check-ups.
According to initial information, the health of all 5 victims has gradually stabilized. The fire did not cause any casualties, property damage is being统计.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by functional forces.
