According to information from Do Son ward, the Hai Phong International Conference, Trade and Tourism Center Project (total investment of more than 2,110 billion VND) is expected to start construction. The project is invested by Hai Phong International Tourism Joint Venture Co., Ltd., is a large-scale service - tourism project in Do Son.
The project is oriented to develop into a modern multi-functional complex, including a convention center, commercial area, hotel and high-class amenities, serving conferences, seminars and major events.
When completed, the project will contribute to promoting MICE tourism, improving the quality of service infrastructure and competitiveness, in line with the goal of building Hai Phong into a sea tourism and international service center of the Northern region.
Currently, the investor is coordinating with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to complete the groundbreaking conditions according to the provisions of law, including site clearance, design, legal documents and implementation progress.
At the same time, the Ben K15 relic complex restoration and embellishment project (total investment of 234.54 billion VND) implemented by the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board will also be inaugurated on this occasion. The project has been basically completed, which is of great significance in preserving and promoting historical values, traditional education and cultural tourism development.
