In October 2025, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thien - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of Tay Nha Trang Ward - signed a document responding to citizens' petitions related to the situation of illegal construction on agricultural land.
Previously, some citizens reported that many illegal construction works in Tay Nha Trang ward had not been handled, and at the same time requested the authorities to check and clarify the signs of "protection" (if any) of the officials.
Along with the reflection, people sent many photos of the violating works.
According to the image, there are 4 projects under construction and not yet put into use.
After receiving the information, the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Tay Nha Trang Ward conducted an inspection, prepared records and made records of administrative violations for the above cases.
In the response document, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thien said that the department has submitted to the Ward People's Committee for consideration and handling according to legal regulations, and at the same time instructed households to carry out procedures for changing land use purposes and apply for a construction permit if eligible.
Regarding the content that citizens said there were negative signs in the inspection and handling of the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of the ward, Mr. Thien affirmed that there was "no basis".
