Voters recommended that Da Nang City clearly inform about a number of contents related to the Free Trade Zone, specifically about the time for site clearance, resettlement location, project start date, and progress of infrastructure construction for the resettlement area to serve the project.
Responding to the proposal on the comments portal, the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones (DSEZA) - said that regarding site clearance, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has assigned the Management Board of Infrastructure Investment Projects to prioritize the development of a site clearance plan at location No. 1, expected to complete the plan in 2027.
The site clearance work will be carried out by the Department of Agriculture and Environment or assigned to the Land Fund Development Center of Da Nang City.
For the remaining locations in the Free Trade Zone, the Da Nang City Fund Development Center was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of the communes: Hoa Vang, Ba Na, Hai Van ward and related units to develop a detailed plan to implement the work of investigation, survey, measurement, counting and verification of land origin.
Currently, the units are gradually implementing preparations to develop a site clearance plan according to regulations.
Regarding the construction of resettlement areas for resettlement arrangement, according to Notice No. 92/TB-VP of the Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang City regarding resettlement areas for clearance of production, logistics, trade - service areas in the Free Trade Zone, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City has concluded the assignment of the Department of Construction to inspect, review, and propose 2 resettlement arrangement plans for site clearance at:
Urban area serving projects in the Northwest area and Resettlement Area serving the clearance of functional areas in Da Nang Free Trade Zone.
Currently, the Priority Infrastructure Management Board is coordinating and working with the Department of Construction of Da Nang City to agree on relevant contents before submitting to the People's Committee of Da Nang City for consideration and decision.
