On the afternoon of December 5, the People's Council of Son La province, term XV, 2021-2026, voted to pass a number of resolutions.
Delegates voted to pass 4 resolutions on the activities of the Provincial People's Council, and at the same time considered and discussed 18 resolutions submitted by the Provincial People's Committee in the economic and budgetary fields.
Specifically, including the 2025 socio-economic development plan; deciding on the capital allocation time for projects using local budget capital that have been allocated beyond the time limit prescribed in Clause 2, Article 52 of the 2019 Law on Public Investment; the 2025 public investment plan; stipulating criteria for deciding on bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Son La province.
Approving the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Son La province in 2025; abolishing resolutions of the People's Council of Son La province; approving the state budget revenue settlement in the area, the local budget revenue and expenditure settlement in 2023; the state budget revenue and expenditure estimates of Son La province in 2025; allocating the provincial budget expenditure estimates and the additional budget balance for districts and cities in 2025.
Allowing the conversion of land use purposes for rice cultivation, protective forest land, and production forest land to implement investment projects in 2025 in the province; approving the list of works and projects for which the State will reclaim land to implement investment projects in 2025 in the province; canceling projects in the list of projects for which the State will reclaim land and allowing the conversion of land use purposes in the resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council.
Approving the list of adjustments and additions to the area, land type, implementation time; other information of the project approved by the Provincial People's Council in the list of projects for which the State has recovered land; adjusting and adding the area, land type, implementation time, other information of the projects that have been approved by the Provincial People's Council to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and forest land; adjusting and adding the area of land recovered, changing the purpose of using land, canceling the project in the list of projects for which the State has recovered land, allowing the change of purpose of using land in the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council approved in the period of 2014-2020.
Issue a list of public career services in the field of natural resources and environmental economic activities using the state budget in Son La province; approve the project to adjust the master plan for the construction of Moc Chau National Tourist Area, Son La province until 2045; approve the master plan for Ta Xua Tourist Area and surrounding areas, Bac Yen district, Son La province.
The meeting also reviewed and discussed three resolutions submitted by the Provincial People's Committee in the legal field.
