This Smart Urban Area Project in Xuan Tho Commune, Da Lat City. At the meeting, the Group presented planning ideas and proposed approvals to continue researching and detailing the project.
The project aims to develop an ecological urban area, applying high technology, combined with modern tourist areas and film studios.
The group said that it hopes to have a large enough land fund in Xuan Tho to implement the project, with the goal of expanding people from the center of Da Lat as well as developing sustainable high-tech agriculture.
Chairman of Da Lat City People's Committee - Mr. Dang Quang Tu emphasized the potential for development in the eastern area of Da Lat and suggested that the Group update information on related plans.
Mr. Bui Quang Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, also expressed his agreement with the enterprise's idea.
Chairman Tran Hong Thai highly appreciated the planning idea and affirmed that Lam Dong province is always open to calling for investment, and at the same time committed to creating favorable conditions for Tan Hoang Minh Group.
The Chairman of Lam Dong province requested businesses to contact departments and branches to have full information to serve the investment plan.
