On November 11, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province held a conference to deploy tasks for social housing development in 2025 to review the results, evaluate progress and orient solutions for implementation in the coming time.
According to statistics, the whole province is implementing 9 social housing projects with a scale of more than 8,290 apartments, of which 4 projects have been granted construction permits and 3 projects are expected to be completed in 2025.

The number of 1,184 apartments completed in 2025 helps Thai Nguyen reach more than 109% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister, helping to ensure housing needs for workers.
According to the roadmap, by 2030, the Government will assign Thai Nguyen to complete 24,800 social housing units, of which the province will continue to deploy about 23,700 more units in the 2026 - 2030 period.

This is the result of the province's priority in handling bottlenecks in land, investment procedures and credit along with coordinating to remove obstacles for businesses in the project implementation process.
The leaders of the Department of Construction requested investors to focus resources, closely coordinate with local authorities to remove obstacles, ensure progress, quality and complete targets in 2025.
