On July 18, more than 400 social housing units in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai city were held a topping-off ceremony by the investor.
This is the number of apartments belonging to Block B, social housing apartment building NXH2, Residential and Resettlement Area Project in Phuoc Tan ward, with a total investment of 268 billion VND invested by An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.

The project started construction at the end of 2025, and is expected to be completed and handed over to the people by the end of 2026.
Apartments have areas from under 30m2 to over 60m2, meeting the needs of many target groups. The announced selling price is over 19 million VND/m2 (including 5% value-added tax, excluding 2% maintenance costs).
This is one of the projects serving resettlement for people and meeting housing needs for subjects entitled to social housing policies according to the provisions of law.
The investor is receiving applications to buy houses until the number of apartments runs out.
Previously, at the end of 2025, the investor completed and put into use 275 social housing apartments.
Building the roof of building block B on schedule will contribute to increasing the supply of social housing in Dong Nai city, meeting the housing needs of low-income people, workers and policy beneficiaries. At the same time, it will help the locality realize the goal of completing more than 8,000 social housing units by 2026 and 65,000 units by 2030.
