According to information from the People's Committee of Gia Vien ward, recently, through inspection and review, the locality discovered that in the Giang Khe ditch area belonging to residential group 47 of Gia Vien ward, some households have arbitrarily leveled and built temporary works, corrugated iron shacks and iron columns encroaching on drainage ditches. This has directly affected the drainage of the entire area of residential groups 47 and 48 of Gia Vien ward.
Immediately after inspection and detection, the ward issued a notice requesting all households with works and architectural structures violating the Giang Khe drainage ditch corridor from Le Hong Phong street to the area of the People's Procuracy of Region 3 - Hai Phong (old Ngo Quyen District People's Procuracy) to voluntarily dismantle and move works and architectural structures away from the ditch boundary, returning the ditch corridor to state agencies for management according to regulations.

Up to now, through propaganda and mobilization, some households have complied with the demolition of violating works. Gia Vien Ward People's Committee requests the remaining households to seriously comply with the demolition of encroaching and occupying works on the ditch. After January 26, if households do not comply, the Ward People's Committee will coordinate with Urban Development Investment Trading Co., Ltd. to carry out forced demolition according to the provisions of law.
It is known that in addition to the discovery of a series of encroaching works on the Giang Khe canal corridor, Gia Vien ward also discovered a number of households encroaching on land and illegally building works on the area that has been cleared. Violations occurred at the location of land plots No. 106/03 and 107/03 (according to the cadastral map measurement at a scale of 1/500 serving land recovery to implement the investment project to build Dong Khe 2 road phase 1, section from Nguyen Binh Khiem - Van Cao intersection to Le Loi road) which has been approved, compensating and supporting Mr. Dang Duc D (Mr. D has received compensation, support and handed over land according to regulations).

Therefore, Gia Vien Ward People's Committee requests households and individuals with works, architectural structures, assets and utensils located on land that has been cleared by the state management to voluntarily dismantle works, architectural structures, move assets and utensils out of the land area and restore the original state of the land according to regulations. Implementation time until the end of February 2. After the above period, if households do not voluntarily dismantle, the Ward People's Committee will organize the demolition, clearing the ground, and restoring the original state of the land according to legal regulations.
