According to the People's Committee of An Bien Ward, implementing the direction of the City People's Committee, An Bien Ward has strengthened inspection and review of land management, use, construction and illegal exploitation of resources in the ward.
Accordingly, the ward organized inspections, prevented and immediately dismantled 5 construction works erected on agricultural land (at lane 47 Khuc Thua Du, lane 82 Khuc Hao, lane 560 Thien Loi, Bui Vien road surface and the end of Vu Chi Thang road). At the same time, they organized the demolition of 2 works on the land of the dike corridor (in the area next to the Southwest Drainage culvert).
In the coming time, the People's Committee of the ward will continue to direct the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Economics to develop a plan, coordinate with relevant units to strengthen inspection and closely monitor the situation of land management and use in the area; resolutely handle cases of construction and installation of works on land that are not allowed for construction. Along with that, propagate and disseminate legal regulations on construction, promptly inspect, prevent administrative violations of construction order.
