Optimal solutions for natural lighting, ventilation and green space are emphasized to improve the quality of the living environment.
In the process of project implementation, Huong Viet Properties cooperates with international consulting and design units in the fields of architecture, interior, landscape, green buildings and project management such as DPA, Dark Horse, LJ-Group, Ardor Green and Core.
Mr. Nguyen Si Toan, Managing Director of High-rise Real Estate Business Block of Huong Viet Properties, said that Palm River is the starting point for the new development phase of Palm City.

Rach Chiec South in the development momentum of the Eastern region
The deployment of Palm River in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City recorded many new movements in infrastructure and urban development.
In this area, many key projects such as An Phu intersection, Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway and Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City are being accelerated. In addition, long-term development orientations such as Thu Thiem - Long Thanh Metro line, North - South high-speed railway, Thu Thiem International Finance Center and Long Thanh International Airport are contributing to expanding the connectivity of the area with Ho Chi Minh City and the southern key economic region.
According to Savills Vietnam, the competitive advantage of modern cities is no longer only in traffic connectivity but is shifting to the capacity to form "destinations" capable of attracting residents, commercial activities and urban experiences. The trend of urban development towards public transport (TOD) is also opening up new opportunities for areas with increasingly complete infrastructure.

Nam Rach Chiec is one of the areas in that movement. With its adjacent location to Thu Thiem, convenient connection with the city center, this area is gradually completing infrastructure and increasing the presence of large-scale projects.
Located in the center of Nam Rach Chiec, Palm City Palm City is entering the next development phase. After the sub-areas that have been put into operation and formed existing residential communities, Palm River is the first sub-area to be implemented in the new development phase of the urban area.
From infrastructure projects under construction to new sub-areas being deployed, Nam Rach Chiec is recording new movements in the urban development process. Palm River is one of the new milestones of that process.
