Decision No. 3380/QD-BNNMT announcing newly issued and amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of land under the state management scope of the Ministry stipulates the registration of assets attached to land plots that have been granted a Certificate or registered for changes in assets attached to land compared to the registered content, extending the housing ownership period of foreign organizations and foreign individuals according to the provisions of the law on registered housing.
How to do it:
a) Submit directly to the Public Administration Service Center or the Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office.
b) Submit via postal service.
c) Submit online on the Public Service Portal.
d) Submit at the location agreed upon between the registration ung dungctor and the Land Registration Office, Branch of the Land Registration Office.
Scope of settlement
- No more than 08 working days for cases of registration of ownership of assets attached to land plots with a Certificate, extension of house ownership period of foreign organizations and foreign individuals.
For mountainous communes, islands, remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, the implementation period shall not exceed 18 working days.
- No more than 05 working days for cases of registration of changes in assets attached to land compared to the registered content.
For mountainous communes, islands, remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, the implementation period shall not exceed 15 working days.
Subjects performing administrative procedures
- Domestic organizations, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, foreign organizations with diplomatic functions, people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad, economic organizations with foreign investment; foreign organizations, foreign individuals.
- Individuals and communities.
Administrative procedure performing agency
- The competent authority decides:
+ The land registration office shall apply to domestic organizations, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, foreign organizations with diplomatic functions, economic organizations with foreign investment; foreign organizations, foreign individuals.
+ The Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office shall implement for individuals, communities, and people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad.
- The agency directly performing administrative procedures: Land registration office or Branch of the Land registration office.
- Coordinating agency (if any): Tax agency.
