Binh Duong province is urgently implementing component project 1 - site clearance for Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 through Binh Duong province. The starting point of the project is from Thu Bien bridge in Bac Tan Uyen district, the end point of Saigon river, Ben Cat city. The site clearance project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee with a total investment of VND 7,926 billion.
The expected land acquisition area is 239.8 hectares, passing through Thu Dau Mot city, Tan Uyen city, Ben Cat city and Bac Tan Uyen district.
There are about 1,451 cases affected when implementing the project. Of which, there are about 300 cases subject to resettlement.
To date, localities and Land Fund Development Centers have announced land reclamation in 1,031/1,451 cases (reaching 70%). Measurement of 845/1,451 cases (58.2%) and counting of 605/1,451 cases (41.7%).
The Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that Tan Uyen City has issued land acquisition unit prices, and the remaining localities are expected to approve land unit prices in May 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee requested localities to continue completing procedures related to measurement, counting, approval of unit prices and compensation plans. The Provincial People's Committee will launch a peak public investment disbursement campaign from June 30 to August 30, 2025. Reversal
