On September 11, according to the investor of the Phuoc Tan Ward Residential and Resettlement Area Project, Dong Nai City, households buying social housing in this project have been granted certificates of land use rights and house ownership.
The social housing project above has an area of about 4ha, with a scale of nearly 1,200 apartments.
The project has completed the construction of block A with 275 apartments and has been put into use.
By the end of 2025, more than 400 social housing units belonging to Block B of the project will continue to be started construction, have been topped up and are expected to be completed and handed over by the end of 2026.
According to An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (the project investor), when completed, the project will provide stable, convenient, and safe accommodation for officials, civil servants, low-income people, households cleared in projects acquired by the state, and industrial park workers.
Previously, on August 1, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai City coordinated with communes, wards and investors to complete the actual inspection of the construction progress of 16 social housing projects being implemented throughout the area, in order to review the progress of completing the target of more than 8,000 social housing units in 2026 and 65,000 units in the period up to 2030, meeting the housing needs for low-income people, workers and laborers and policy beneficiaries.
