At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai - Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police - announced the decision on early retirement and pension benefits for Major General Kien Rinh and Colonel Huynh Van Thinh from June 1, 2025.

Tra Vinh Provincial Police said that Major General Kien Rinh and Colonel Huynh Van Thinh wish to retire early to facilitate the development of personnel projects for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term as well as the arrangement of a new apparatus.
