In Article 33 of Decree 96/2024/ND-CP, people with certificates will have their certificates revoked in the following cases:
- People granted a certificate of civil act capacity loss.
- The person granted the certificate declared in the application for a certificate was dishonest.
- Certificates that have been erased or repaired.
- People who are granted certificates lend or hire certificates to others to practice.
- The person granted the certificate violates the provisions of Article 8 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023.
Certificate issued by the People's Committees of provinces and cities, the People's Committees of provinces and cities are responsible for recovering; In case of being recovered by other competent agencies in accordance with the law, this agency must notify in writing to the People's Committees of provinces and cities that have granted certificates to comply with Clause 3, Article 33 of Decree 96/2024/ND-CP.
After the decision to revoke the certificate, the provincial People's Committee issued a certificate to notify the recovered person to return the certificate. At the same time, the provincial People's Committee informed the website of the provincial People's Committee on the name of the person who was recovered and deleted the name of the person granted on the website of the provincial People's Committee.
