Accordingly, 399m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Le Van Hue's household will be recovered.
Recovering 188m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Gai's household.
Recovering 264m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Le Van Lap's household.
Recovering 268m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Nguyen Duc Chien's household.
Recovering 315.0 m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Nguyen Quang Loan's household.
These land plots are all located in Yen Khe village, Phu Dong commune.
The Phu Dong Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board is responsible for handing over this decision to households; in case households do not receive this decision or are absent, a record must be made; publicly post this decision at the Phu Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters and Yen Khe village cultural house.
The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board is responsible for managing the recovered land fund, coordinating with the Economic Department, Gia Lam Land Registration Office Branch to carry out land procedures according to regulations.
