On July 15, according to the reporter's investigation, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province has just issued Decision No. 1145/QD-UBND on the recovery of part of the land area leased to Cao Bang Petroleum Company in Nung Tri Cao ward (formerly Song Bang ward, Cao Bang city).
The reclaimed area is 2,198m2, after the reclaimed, this land area will be handed over to the People's Committee of Nung Tri Cao Ward for management.
Accordingly, the decision also adjusted Decision No. 1486/QD-UBND dated October 12, 2012, reducing the land area leased by Cao Bang Petroleum Company from 18,736m2 to 16,549.3m2.
At the same time, adjust information related to the location and boundaries of the land according to the new map prepared and approved by the Provincial Land Registration Office on June 13, 2025.
Cao Bang Petroleum Company is responsible for coordinating the handover of the site, dismantling assets (if any) and fulfilling financial obligations according to regulations.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over the handover of land on site to Nung Tri Cao ward, and at the same time update cadastral information to serve the calculation of land rent.
After receiving the land, the People's Committee of Nung Tri Cao Ward will be responsible for managing and guiding the use of the allocated land area. Other contents are not within the scope of the adjustment to continue implementing according to the old Decision.
