Hanoi has just added a list of 873 land acquisition projects to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests.
In Hoai Duc commune, it is expected to recover 33.302ha of land to implement 11 projects.
Among these, there are 2 transitional projects according to the Resolution of the City People's Council in 2025 and 9 newly registered projects.
According to the approved list, the city will implement a number of transport projects: Construction of a road from Inter-regional road 6 through Di Trach Secondary School, Auction area X7 of Di Trach commune; expansion of National Highway 32 from Km17+100 to Km19+800; construction of inter-regional road 5 (section from provincial road 422 to Kim Chung - Di Trach road); ring road of the auctioned land area and low-lying service land on Lai Xa village pond, Kim Chung commune.
