    Pursuant to Section 15.1, Chapter B, Part II of the Procedures issued with Decision 318/QD-UBND of Phu Tho province effective from July 11, 2025, stipulates the procedures for changing information about land users on red books for individuals in Phu Tho province as follows:

    Procedures for registering changes in the case of changing the name or changing information about the land user or owner of assets attached to the land are as follows:
