From September 1 to November 30, 2025, Hanoi will launch the campaign "90 days of land data cleaning" - one of the key tasks to standardize, synchronize and connect land data with population data.
This is not only a technical step but also demonstrates the city's great political determination in the process of digital transformation, modernizing land management, building a smart urban government, serving the people better.
Implementing the direction of the central government and Hanoi city, the People's Committee of Quoc Oai commune requires the land database to be "correct - complete - clean - alive", ensuring information security and network security. The scope of implementation covers all villages in the area, focusing on collecting and digitizing Land Use Rights Certificates and citizen identification information of land users.

To implement this, the commune established a Steering Committee and a Working Group; assigned specific tasks to departments, commune police, village heads, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations.
Propaganda work will be promoted to mobilize people to coordinate in providing necessary documents and data. Cases of lost documents, mortgaged, procedures, or lack of owners will be classified and reported to the competent authority.
Vice Chairman of Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Huu Son emphasized that enriching and cleaning the land database not only helps to manage land effectively and transparently, but also ensures the legitimate rights of people when accessing public services, while contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the area.
For the "90 days of land data cleaning" campaign to be highly effective, the proactive coordination of the people plays a key role. The Hanoi People's Committee recommends that households and individuals review and prepare all documents related to land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land to provide when required.
The documents required are: Land use right certificate (red book); documents on transfer, donation, inheritance; sales contract; land allocation or lease decision; documents related to land changes (if any).
In case of loss, damage or not yet granted a certificate, people should contact the Land Registration Office or the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the land is located early to receive instructions on procedures for re-issuance or re-issuance.
