On September 21, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center said that the project to create a land fund in the vicinity of the 358ha area in Nhon Trach ward has completed surveying, mapping land recovery, organized meetings with people whose land is recovered and issued land recovery notices.
Currently, functional agencies are deploying inventory work and will complete it in September 2026.
According to the plan, the project will implement the land acquisition decision starting from December 2026; handover of land for project implementation from December 2026 to January 2027. The project implementation time is expected to be 5 months, from September 2026 to January 2027.
Previously, in early September 2026, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Nhon Trach Branch deployed a plan to recover land, investigate, survey, measure, and inventory the above project.
On August 31, Dong Nai City People's Committee also decided to approve the project feasibility study report.
The project has a total investment of about 3,686.2 billion VND, adjacent to the parallel road of Ring Road 3 HCMC, adjacent to the Dong Nai River, adjacent to land of households and individuals and adjacent to the Free Land Company project; the main status is agricultural land (water coconut cultivation, rice land, ponds and lakes), non-agricultural land used by organizations, households, and individuals.
The project aims to create a clean land fund of about 358ha in Nhon Trach ward, to organize land use right auctions; effectively exploit land resources, increase budget revenue, and contribute to promoting Nhon Trach urban development and socio-economic development of Dong Nai City.
On August 28, Dong Nai City People's Council issued a Resolution on investment policy for the project to create a land fund in the vicinity of traffic connection points and traffic routes with development potential to organize land use right auctions in Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai City (land area of about 358 ha). According to the Resolution, the project has about 50 houses of affected people, about 60 planned resettlement plots in Phuoc An Resettlement Area, Phuoc An commune.
