Viet Hung Ward People's Committee is implementing the project to build a 40m and 48m road connecting from Viet Hung New Urban Area to Ngo Gia Tu street.
For the 48m road, the total number of approved plans is 30/116 households with a budget of 104.3 billion VND.
In which, in 2022, Long Bien District People's Committee approved a plan for 13/116 households with a budget of 13.6 billion VND.
In May 2026, the Viet Hung Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board organized payment for 13 households. Among them, 1 case received money and handed over the land; 12 cases did not agree to receive money and did not hand over the land.
In June 2026, the Ward People's Committee approved a plan for 12/103 households with a budget of 71.9 billion VND. Of which, 7/12 households have received money with a budget of 43/71.9 billion VND; 5/12 households have not received money.
In July 2026, the Ward People's Committee approved a plan for 5 households with a budget of 18.8 billion VND. It is expected to pay immediately after being allocated funds.
The total number of remaining households is 86 households. Of which, 58/86 households have been surveyed, measured and counted. 6 households have publicly announced the plan on July 17, 2026 with a budget of 11.9 billion VND. 10 households publicly announced before August 5, 2026 with a budget of 33.0 billion VND. 42 households (the police have confirmed the population) are completing dossiers to submit confirmation of land origin, housing status, and other residential land.
About 28/86 households have not been inventoried, and survey measurements are expected before August 20, 2026.
For 40m roads, 83/130 households of residential land have been counted. In which, 5 households' plans have been appraised and publicly announced with a cost of 17.8 billion VND.
Dossiers requesting land origin confirmation have been transferred to 28/83 households; the remaining 50 households are completing dossiers.
47/130 households have not cooperated in surveying, measuring and counting, and are expected to continue to mobilize and close the mandatory counting process (if any). It is expected to complete the counting before September 15, 2026.
In the third and fourth quarters, the Ward People's Committee will approve and pay site clearance fees.
The investment in the project to build a 40m and 48m road connecting from Viet Hung Urban Area to Ngo Gia Tu street to connect and complete the traffic network, strengthen traffic connection with the framework traffic infrastructure system of Viet Hung ward according to the approved plan.
The total length of the project is about 732.5m, of which the 40m road is about 422.5m long, with a cross-section of 40m. The starting point is Ngo Gia Tu street, the ending point is the current 40m road.
The 48m road has a length of about 310m, a cross-section of 48m. The starting point is Ngo Gia Tu street, the ending point is the current 48m road through Viet Hung urban area.
