The project has a total investment of nearly 80,000 billion VND, with a scale of 76.92 hectares. The highlight of the project is the iconic 69-storey tower, 408m high, expected to be the second tallest in Vietnam after completion.
The investor of this super project is Sun Group. The location of Da Nang Downtown is located in the old Asia Park area, Hoa Cuong ward, along the Han River, between the two bridges Tran Thi Ly and Tien Son. This is considered a rare "diamond land" remaining in the city.
The 69-storey tower is inspired by the design of the Vietnameseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseeseese and Vietnameseeseeseeseeseeseeseese ao dai. The top of the tower has the shape of a flame. Inside the tower, there will be many integrated utilities such as a 5-star hotel, a Class A office, a luxury apartment, a shopping mall, a restaurant and an observation post. This complex will be an "all in one" destination, serving the needs of accommodation, work to entertainment services.
In addition to the tower, the Da Nang Downtown super project also includes other items such as a cultural park, a 4,000-seat theater, a riverside commercial area and a green park. Sun Group plans to invest in high-class art shows and organize fireworks displays here to develop the night-time economy.
The complex also has high-rise and low-rise commercial service subdivisions, fully integrated with amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and children's playgrounds.
