Overview of the photo recorded by Lao Dong newspaper reporters at the scene of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park:

Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park was formed in 1963 under the name Bien Hoa Industrial Park. After 1975, Bien Hoa Industrial Park changed its name to Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1. This industrial park is located in a prime location, adjacent to National Highway 1A, National Highway 51, Dong Nai River, but has shown limitations, and is located close to the Dong Nai River, which is at high risk of causing environmental pollution, with infrastructure built using old technology, lacking a synchronous wastewater treatment system, despite being upgraded many times.
