Official dispatch sent to the Department of Construction; Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks; Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company.
The document clearly stated that the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed in principle to adjust the Planning of My Thai Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province according to the proposal of the Department of Construction in the document dated December 5, 2025.
The adjustment of construction planning must comply with current regulations and standards (especially contents related to construction density, land use coefficient, security land arrangement, drainage plan, self-absorption of water, application of biotechnology in domestic wastewater treatment...).
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate in guiding the implementation of the preparation and submission of appraisal for approval according to regulations in January 2026, ensuring efficiency, saving time and costs for planning for investors.
It is known that the My Thai Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project is invested by Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company, implemented in My Thai Commune, part of Duong Duc Commune and Voi Town (old Lang Giang District, now in My Thai Commune and Lang Giang Commune, Bac Ninh Province) with a scale of nearly 160 hectares.
Of which, phase 1 has an area of 50 hectares. As of the end of November, more than 37 50% of hectares have been compensated.
The remaining area is facing problems due to unclear land origin and cadastral records, incorrect land use location compared to the certificate or not being granted a first land use right certificate.
In addition, some cases of land compensation through many stages have caused the village and household to not clearly remember the land plot, making it difficult to verify.
The locality strives to approve the compensation, support and completion of land acquisition phase 1 in December 2025.
The whole province of Bac Ninh currently has 43/52 IPs approved for planning, with a total area of over 13,000 hectares; of which 36 IPs have been approved for investment, with an area of about 10,500 hectares.
